Release Notes April 2023
INTERACTIONS: Option added to delete match criteria directly in the interaction form
You can create an interaction form with match criteria fields. If you add this form to an interaction widget, you can now directly interact with the match criteria. We made it possible to delete a criterion without having to go into edit mode.
GENERAL: Generic behavior for editing filters in modules.
In all the modules of OTYS Go! where you can save filters in the left panel, we had the option to configure this filter. After you configured it, there was no way you could adjust it anymore. We have made it possible so that when you click the 'edit' icon, you can adjust the name and the configuration of the filter.
KANBAN: Redirection after closing the kanban board to detail view.
When you are in the kanban of a vacancy (via the detail) and you exit the kanban view using the 'ESC' button, you would be back in the list view of the vacancy. We have changed the behavior so that you will be redirected to the detail view of the vacancy.
SUPPORT: Remove Video Chat Recordings button from the support module.
We have removed the option to video chat from the Support module interface since this function is end-of-life.
PRODUCTS: Improved behavior for linking products.
In our Products & snippets module, it is possible to create products (and snippets). When creating products, it is possible to link these products to other products. This is intended for situations where 'if you purchase product A, you should also purchase product B since they are related'. We have improved the behavior for this feature so that (a) it is not possible to link a product to itself anymore (since that is not logical) and (b) it is not possible to link products that are already linked to other products (since that would lead to other issues and confusion).
CANDIDATE PORTAL: Don't allow empty social media items in the portal.
In OTYS, it is possible for a candidate to add his/her social media profile to the portal. This is then saved in the candidate detail in Go! However, it was possible for the candidate to save an empty social media item. We made a change so that it is no longer possible for the candidate to save an empty social media item.
GENERAL: Create a setting to see login stats in Go!
We made it possible to view the login statistics for the users. As a key-user, you can check client setting 'OCD - Login statistics' (GE321) to view this information.
