CRM: Fields 'Number of employees,' 'Founding date,' 'Credit risk,' & 'Payment score' in customer detail
We have added the fields 'Number of employees,' 'Founding date,' 'Credit risk,' & 'Payment score' in the widget 'Financial information' of a customer detail. This is a global change available for all clients.
INTERACTIONS: Include 'Salary value (minimum),' 'Salary value (maximum),' & Entry date in FimForms
Within OTYS, we have 2 fields called 'Salary value (minimum)' & 'Salary value (maximum).' These fields are used for Google for jobs and are located in the 'Vacancy info'-widget. In the same widget, there is a field called 'Entry date.' We have included these in the Interaction forms.
REPORTS: New report types for calendar items
In OTYS, you can create a report with the calendar module as the source. For instance, to see how many calendar items are planned for period x. We have added new reports that are based on the creation date of the calendar item. This is useful to see the productivity of the users and find trends when there are busy periods.
New report types for calendar items:
perPeriod (total based on creation date)
perConsultant (owner calendar item based on creation date)
perCreator (creator of calendar item based on creation date)
REPORTS: Add future period options to set a dynamic date
In the Report module, we can set a date filter and have many dynamic options. What was missing was to add a flexible date in the future that is automatically changing. For instance, show me the future period set to a month. If you transition to the next month, the filter is automatically adjusted to show the next month again. Looking at the future is especially useful when looking at reports for reminders and calendar items. This is now possible in the new look & feel.
JOB API: Add a new field to show the URL of the vacancy image
We have created a simple Job API using Swagger as the documentation platform. When you request the detail of a vacancy, you get a lot of info. One of the fields returned is the 'photoFileName.' If an image is added to the vacancy, this field shows the file name of the image. Only the name of the image is not enough to know where you can access this image. We created a new field called 'photoFileURL,' which displays the actual URL of the image, so that you can use it.
PARTNER FRAMEWORK: New version for Partner widget Go!strap
For our partner widgets, we have created Go!strap some time ago, which allows partners to style widgets in OTYS Go! style. Since we will soon be releasing a new OTYS Go! version which some clients are already using, we have also created a new version of Go!strap (https://www.otys.com/partners/go-widgets/v2/widget.html). The legacy version is also still available (https://www.otys.com/partners/go-widgets/v1/widget.html). If you still have the old version implemented, please note that simply updating the reference to the updated CSS file should in most cases do the trick.
