GENERAL: Addition External URL widgets

In OTYS it was already possible to add external URLs. We have now made this possible in the following places: Candidates, Relationship, Contacts, Jobs, Procedures, Placements & Tasks.

DASHBOARD: Expansion Stiply dashboard widget

It was already possible to see the status of documents sent via Stiply, in the dashboard widget, but we have extended the widget. You can now filter on the account used and you can see who is the related person for signing.

CANDIDATES: Additions to the Online CV-presentation

We have added some additional options to the Online CV presentation. From now on you can show the candidate assignments and competencies if desired. When generating the presentation, you can select a language. This ensures that the titles and headings are shown in the selected language. If you don’t have these options in your template, please contact your Customer Success Manager or submit a question via our ticketing system.

CRM: Extra fields as columns in list view CRM

After enabling additional fields as columns in the candidate list view, now the CRM module follows suit. If you have additional fields for the CRM module, you can now add them in the list view as well.

SUPPORT: Status message in Support module

When you, as a customer, want to create a new support ticket, you can select from the menu a number of options for the type of ticket. At the top of this menu we can show a general message, for example when there is a big problem that can have impact on multiple or all customers. This eliminates the need to submit a ticket and the status can be monitored to see if it is resolved.

VACANCIES: Extra fields as columns in list view vacancies

After enabling additional fields as columns in the candidate list view, now the vacancy module follows suit. If you have additional fields for the vacancy module, you can now add them in the list view as well.

VACANCIES: Vacancy status history

Recently we added a button for the candidate status history. We have now extended this to the vacancy statuses. To the right of the status a button has been added. When you click on it, a menu opens to view the previous statuses.

NEWSLETTERS: External actions added for Newsletters

We recently created a partner functionality called ‘Partner custom actions’ and made various improvements for it. Now we added the custom actions to the Newsletter module. You can configure these actions via client setting ‘Partner framework - Custom actions’ (GE288).
