Release Notes October 2023
PROCEDURES: Option to show quick evaluation in new kanban
We have implemented the option to see the quick evaluations in the procedure kanban on the detail pages!
GENERAL: Create 'By phone' option in appointment planner
We have added the option that you can mark an appointment as 'By phone' in our new appointment planner!
GENERAL: Usage of standard documents in new appointment planner
It is now possible to use standard documents within the scope of the appointment planner!
VACANCIES: Add Google for Jobs fields to Export
In OTYS you can configure an export profile for vacancies in setting 'Export profiles - Vacancies'. Recently we have added fields 'salary value (minimum)' and 'salary value (maximum)' for Google for Jobs to the vacancy widget 'Vacancy info'. Now we have added all Google for Jobs fields to the export. The fields are: Salary currency, Salary value, Salary value (minimum), Salary value (maximum) and Salary per.
TASKS: Add extrafields into filter option to Tasks
Within OTYS go in the core modules we have had the possibility to filter on extra fields, this is now also possible in the task module.
DASHBOARDS: Add sorting/showing options to CRM widget
On the dashboard when you have setting SE1713 enabeld you now have the option to sort on Last Commercial date ascending Last Commercial date descending In addition you will also have the default behavior: Entry date ascending Entry date descending
PROCEDURES: Procedure status history shown in modal
We have always shown procedure status history in a 'tooltip'. We show recently added status changes in a modal. For consistency & UI/UX reasons we have therefore changed the way the procedure status history is shown so that is shown in a modal too. Please note this has only been implemented for the new version of OTYS Go!. Please note at a later stage we will also do something similar for the 'Quick evaluation' of a procedure.
CANDIDATES: Textkernel Dashoard Widget only allowing up to 4MB
We have increased the limit of the uploading of a file by textkernel to 12mb. This can take a while if you upload speed is a bit low! It will now parse files up to 12mb.
REPORTS: Changed look & feel report graphs based upon new look & feel
The look & feel of the graphs in our Repots-module were not very nice in combination with new version of Go!. We have changed the visibility of our Google graphs to improve the graphs look & feel fitting with new OTYS Go! version. Please note that due to both versions of OTYS Go! using the same graphs look & feel, this WILL also affect the colors of the graphs of the old look & feel.
Candidates - Define default DocX Print CV templates used
In a candidate detail it is possible to click on the 'Introduce'-icon and create a 'Print CV'. This 'Print CV' is a CV created based upon a template and filled with database field of that specific candidate. This allows clients to send standardized CV documents. We have some 'default templates' from OTYS, which are normally visible for each client. Using our new client setting SE3517 allows you to select which OTYS default templates should be shown.
GENERAL: Sort by customer (relation) on job dashboard widget
We have made it possible to sort the vacancy widget on the relation name. This can be done ascending or descending in the configuration of the widget.
GENERAL: Indeed Apply CV stored in 'modern way' if enabled
If a candidate uploads his CV through the OTYS website (for example when applying to a vacancy or when updating his CV in the candidate portal), the candidate CV used to be stored in the candidate record itself (the 'classic behavior'). If a user uploads the CV of a candidate in OTYS Go!, the candidates CV is stored as a separate record in a documents table (the 'modern behavior'). This was causing candidate CV documents to be stored in two different places, causing various issues (for example users needing to make two search queries in the dossier to find CV documents). Some time agowe have created new client setting 'Question sets - Use new documents table for CV upload field' (SE3391). If you enable this setting and a candidate uploads his CV through the OTYS website, the candidates CV is stored as a separate record in a documents table (the 'mordern behavior'). If a candidate applied through Indeed Apply, Indeed will send us the candidate data and we will create a candidate on the background. The CV uploaded by the candidate was however still stored in the candidate record itself (the 'classic behavior'), regardless of new client setting 'Question sets - Use new documents table for CV upload field' (SE3391). We have now made sure that if this client setting is enabled we will also store CV's of candidates who apply through Indeed Apply as a separate record in a documents table (the 'modern behavior').
CALENDAR: Option to hide default appointment types
We have created a client setting (Calendar - Default types used) so you are able to hide global calendar types like 'Room' or 'Public Holiday'. If you deselect a type in the setting it will not show anymore in the calendar item and select list. You can however still use it in the reports module to keep reports complete.
GENERAL: Open modal when clicking 'Quick evaluations' in 'Applications'-widget
We always had a small tooltip as QE for the application widget! We wanted to improve this and there for made it a modal where you can also create a QE!
API: Create new field to show all URLs per language for a vacancy
In OTYS you can publish a vacancy on one or more websites and choose which language(s). Ideally when you have the vacancy detail open on the website, you might want to be able to switch the language. We added a new field 'PublishedLanguageDetailUrls' in our API when doing a getList, getListEx, getDetail, getDetailBySlug and getUrl for the vacancy. This results in a list of all published vacancy apply URL's per published site.
VACANCIES: Preview URL for external websites
Previously we made it possible to configure your own detail- and apply URL when using an external website. We now added as well the possibility to configure the preview URL. You can do this in website setting 'Website - Vacancy url format' (GE333).
Once configured by your website builder when you click in a vacancy detail on 'More' and choose 'Preview' the URL configured in the website setting is triggered, showing you the preview of your vacancy on your own website before publishing it.
VACANCIES: Copy extra fields value's when duplicating a job
For a long time we have had the option to duplicate a job if you would like to use a different entry but the same information. We have included the extra fields of the jobs aswell now!
