TASKS: Sprint name in task list & detail

In OTYS Go! it is possible to assign 'sprints' to tasks. In a task detail and in the task list it IS shown that the task is in a sprint, but not in which sprint. We have changed the sprint indicator in a task detail so it now shows the sprint name. We have renamed the 'Sprint'-column in tasks list to 'In sprint' and added a new column 'Sprint' showing the sprint name.

CRM: Possibility to open jobs in a new tab from the relation

We have made it possible to open a job by right clicking the job in this modal of the relation!

GENERAL: Top navigator in detail screens

We have introduced the top navigator in all the OTYS screens now. This will allow you to use the global search functionality in all places!

PROPOSALS: Extra fields in proposals

Each proposal will have some standardized fields (like a name, payment condition, currency & language). However it is possible that you want to register different information for proposals. To make this 'flexible' we created an 'extra fields functionality'. New client setting 'Proposals - Number of extra fields' (SE3515) defines the total number of proposal extra fields to be used. Once you have configured this number, setting 'Proposals - Extra fields' (GE346) allows you to rename the fields and define the type per field (text, text area, date or select). Once this is done as well you are able to add an 'Extra fields' widget to a proposal detail, allowing users to fill in & see these fields in a proposal detail.

PRODUCTS: Extra fields in products

Each product will have some standardized fields (like a title, price, period & product code). However it is possible that you want to register different information for products. To make this 'flexible' we created an 'extra fields functionality'. New client setting 'Products - Number of extra fields' (SE3516) defines the total number of product extra fields to be used. Once you have configured this number, setting 'Products - Extra fields' (GE347) allows you to rename the fields and define the type per field (text, text area, date or select). Once this is done as well you are able to add an 'Extra fields' widget to a product detail, allowing users to fill in & see these fields in a product detail. Please note that in the Procucts & snippets module it is possible to manage both products & snippets and these extra fields are only available for products (and thus not for snippets).

CRM: Match Criteria batch actions for CRM contacts

For a long time we already had the option to add Match Criterium in the list view of the CRM. We have added this to the list view of the CRM contacts now aswell!

GENERAL: Client-user settings for hiding module-icons

Using OTYS modules Candidates, Vacancies, CRM, Procedures, Placements & Tasks it is possible to manage specific entities (candidates, vacancies, customers, procedures & tasks) in the OTYS system. For some clients or users it is important that they are technically able to work with these entities, but it is only a very small part of their process and should thus not be considered as a full OTYS module. We have therefore created settings that allow you to show/hide the module and linked widgets, while not changing the 'background permissions' for the most important modules. Settings are: 'Candidates - Show Candidates-module & Candidates-widget' (SE3509), 'Vacancies - Show Vacancies-module & Vacancies-widget' (SE3510), 'CRM - Show CRM-module & CRM-widget' (SE3511), 'Procedures - Show Procedures-module & Procedures-widget' (SE3512), 'Placements - Show Placements-module & Placements-widget' (SE3513) & 'Tasks - Show Tasks-module & Tasks-widget' (SE3514). They are client/user settings so that you can for example enable it for the client (to by default show the module & widget for all users) and then to disable it for specific users (so that the -module & widget will be hidden for these users) OR so that you can disable it for the client (to by default hide the module & widget for all users) and then enable it for specific users (so that the module & widget is shown these users).

GENERAL: Create separate maps widget for vacancy & project detail

We have created seperate maps wiget for the vacancy module. Therefor you will have to add it again if you would like to see the map there aswell. In addiition to this we have limited the OWS calls to the Google API so the correct amount of requests are send!.

PLACEMENTS: Filter on 'last version' of placement

In the Placements-module it is possible to create multiple versions of placements. This allows users to have a proper history of placements (so you can see on what date what changed in the placement). We already had a filter to only show the first placement version ('Hide versions'). For some processes our clients are mainly interested in the 'end date of the last placement version' (since that defines if the placement needs to be extended or not). We have therefore created an additional filter to only show the last placement version. To make this work in a logical manner we have renamed the existing 'Hide versions'-filter to 'Hide versions (only show first version)' and added a filter 'Hide versions (only show last version)'.

CSM: Show Go! custom actions in Settings-module

We created a partner functionalities 'Partner custom actions' and made various improvements for it. It is now also possible to create partner actions which can be triggered from settings. To configure this you will FIRST need to configure the custom actions using client setting GE288 (like you do for other custom actions). Once that is set up you can add it in 'Setting'-type select of the Partner settings.

GENERAL: New menu structure in OTYS Go!

Within OTYS we have a new menu structure. This includes new icons, new colours & a static menu on the right side that is always accesable where ever you are in OTYS! This will improve your speed in the system!

VACANCIES: Create criterium 'Published languages'

We have added a criterium for the vacancy module where you can filter upon the publication language of the published vacancy.

API: Create new field to show all URLs per language for a vacancy

In OTYS you can publish a vacancy on one or more websites and choose which language(s). Ideally when you have the vacancy detail open on the website, you might want to be able to switch the language. We added a new field 'PublishedLanguageDetailUrls' in our API when doing a getList, getListEx, getDetail, getDetailBySlug and getUrl for the vacancy. This results in a list of all published vacancy apply URL's per published site.

GENERAL: Change color options for dashboard widgets

Within the dashboard we have made some adjustments regarding the statusses & colours. If you now have not selected any status where this is possible in the configuration for instance the vacancy widget. You will now see a status indicator at the end of the widget. Also you can assign the module color to the header and change the opacitiy in the configuration!
